USDF, L.L.C. is a limited liability company affiliated with the University of South Dakota Foundation, an independent nonprofit corporation that exists to support the University of South Dakota. USDF intends to explore and seeks input on an arrangement between USDF, USD, and a third party to develop housing appropriate for USD students on land owned by USD on N. Plum Street in Vermillion, SD. Please view the RFI below for complete specifications.
